YONKERS - Shoppers are out of time in the race for last-minute Christmas presents.

At the Cross County Mall in Yonkers, customers tried their luck with zero-hour purchases and the occasional sale. According to a Consumer Reports survey, two-thirds of all holiday shoppers wait until Christmas Eve to finish their holiday shopping.

Macy's, H&M, Gap and Guess were all go-to destinations across the region. Many of these stores will remain open until midnight tonight.
