YONKERS - Many people in Yonkers are still digging out from last week's two snowstorms as another one approaches.

Residents who are slipping on icy sidewalks and still trudging through piles of snow say they're frustrated, especially those who have to wait in the middle of the street for the bus since the bus stops aren't cleared.

The city has defended its snow cleanup procedure and business owners say they're only responsible for the area right outside their stores.

A wintry mix of snow and rain is expected Thursday.
