The snow is causing frustration for drivers in the city of Yonkers.

Numerous people living along Oak Street got $65 tickets on their cars plus a letter attached to them claiming they were parked illegally.

Neighbors argue that a sign instructs them to park in the designated area during and after snowstorms.
