Jaerue Williams was convicted in the death of Wilfredo Rivera on South Regent Street in Port Chester.

WHITE PLAINS - A White Plains man will spend the next 35 years in prison for shooting a man to death in a drug deal.

Jaerue Williams was sentenced yesterday in Westchester County Court in White Plains.

He was convicted of manslaughter and weapons possession in the August 2012 death of Wilfredo Rivera on South Regent Street in Port Chester.

Williams will spend 25 years in prison for the shooting, and 10 years for a home invasion in Larchmont.
