Westchester Executive Rob Astorino says he will be at President Barack Obama's speech tomorrow in Tarrytown after he received an invitation to attend the event today.

Obama will be in Tarrytown to call on Congress to provide more funding for infrastructure projects, such as the new Tappan Zee Bridge, which Astorino helped push through with Gov. Andrew Cuomo.
