Nearly 50 union construction workers staged a rally in Tarrytown Wednesday during President Barack Obama's speech.

Obama's speech called on Congress to fund transportation projects nationwide, including the new Tappan Zee Bridge. The union workers say they're asking Obama to make sure minority workers get jobs on those transportation projects.
