A federal judge has set a trial date of May 4, 2015 in a lawsuit the parents of missing Indiana University student Lauren Spierer filed against two men who were with her the night she disappeared.

Spierer, from Edgemont, vanished in the summer of 2011 after a night of partying off-campus.
