RAMAPO - Police say the driver told two young girls to get into his car on Sandy Brook Drive in Ramapo. Police have put out an alert this morning for parents in Rockland.

Authorities in Ramapo are looking for a suspicious driver who they say tried luring two young children into his car.

Cops say the incident happened last Friday on Sandy Brook Drive. The driver of a silver car reportedly told the two young girls to get into his vehicle.

The girls were able to flee the scene. No injuries have been reported

Anyone with information is urged to contact Ramapo police.
