About 200 volunteers will set up shop at the school in mid-June to help build the playground.

YONKERS - Students at School 9 on Fairview Street in Yonkers are designing their own playground.

The nonprofit organization Kaboom builds playgrounds around the country. With the help of Morgan Stanley and the Yonkers Rotary Club, Kaboom is making School 9's dream come true.

About 200 volunteers will set up shop at the school in mid-June to help build the playground.
