Snow and ice leave potholes through HV

YONKERS - Drivers say they're on high alert in the wake of last week's snowstorms, as potholes are littering roads throughout the Hudson Valley.

News 12 spoke to Hudson Valley drivers, who say the dips and divots are especially bad on the Saw Mill Parkway and routes 119 and 9A. 

Local streets aren't immune either, as Executive Boulevard and South Broadway in Yonkers also have some big craters.

Drivers are urged to be careful, as driving fast over potholes can cause flat tires and broken rims.
