ELMSFORD - Floodwaters once again made doing business difficult today for shops along the Saw Mill Parkway corridor in Elmsford.

The Saw Mill River floods the corridor during heavy rainstorms, and as a result of the recent bad weather, Autobahn Towing owner Pete Datino says he had difficulties trying to open today.

Datino says he wants the state to invest in a solution. He says twice the amount of people who use the Tappan Zee Bridge use the roads and parkways that get flooded.

Drivers and merchants say roads and shops can hopefully go back to business as usual now that the Saw Mill River has started to recede.
