HAVERSTRAW - The New York State Crime Stoppers is offering a $2,500 reward for information leading to the arrest of Eugene Palmer.

Palmer, 74, is accused of shooting his daughter-in-law, Tammy Palmer, in Haverstraw in September 2012.

Family members say Palmer may have died in the woods near his home due to his diabetes, or heart condition.

Authorities urge anyone with information to contact them immediately.
