The New York State Crime Stoppers is offering a $2,500 reward for information leading to the arrest of Eugene Palmer.

Palmer, 74, is accused of shooting his daughter-in-law, Tammy Palmer, in Haverstraw in September 2012.

Family members say Palmer may have died in the woods near his home due to his diabetes, or heart condition.
