GREENWOOD LAKE - All of Greenwood Lake is open for business after some restrictions that were put in place last week have been lifted.

Restrictions were implemented last Thursday after an approved herbicide treatment was used to help get rid of weeds in the "arms" of the lake, where people would not generally swim. Officials told News 12 there were never any restrictions in the remaining 8 miles of Greenwood Lake.

A recommendation from the DEC to not water your lawn using water from the lake has also been lifted.
