TARRYTOWN - An alleged drunken driver has been arrested after reportedly driving the wrong way on the New York State Thruway Sunday afternoon.

An online report from the Nyack Free Press says 32-year-old Luis Concha, of Rye Brook, caused a multi-car crash near the Tarrytown exit, and tried to leave the scene.

The report says as cars swerved to avoid Concha's car, at least three of them slammed into each other.
