NEW ROCHELLE - TMZ has released a video of the aftermath from an incident between Baltimore Ravens star and New Rochelle native Ray Rice and his fiancee.

According to police in Atlantic City, N.J., Rice and Janay Palmer were caught on surveillance video Saturday at the Revel Casino having a physical fight.

Both refused medical attention and didn't report any injuries. They received summonses and were ordered to appear in court.

The Ravens put out a release saying the couple returned home together after being detained.

Attorneys for Rice have confirmed to other media outlets that the video is authentic but incomplete, urging the public to reserve judgment until all of the facts are out. Michael Diamondstein, an attorney for Rice, says that he's hopeful that after an investigation "the matter turns out to be little more than a misunderstanding."

The Baltimore Ravens intend to talk to Ray Rice before deciding how to deal with the running back's arrest in a New Jersey casino. Ravens general manager Ozzie Newsome said Monday that he's waiting to get all the details before deciding what action to take, if any. "I have not had a chance to talk to Ray," Newsome said. "I really don't know that situation. With me, I get all the answers. Then that's when we make decisions within this organization -- once we get all the information we can get."

Rice is tentatively scheduled to appear in court next Tuesday.
