WHITE PLAINS - Wednesday marked the two-year anniversary of the death of Trayvon Martin.

Martin was killed two years ago in Sanford, Fla. by George Zimmerman.

Vigils and marches were held in various locations to remember the teen.

In White Plains, dozens of protesters in hoodies marched from the fountain on Main Street to the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. statue located at the Westchester County Courthouse.

The march was organized by Westpac, a local civil rights group.

Organizers say the march was also held for 17-year-old Jordan Davis, who was killed in a Jacksonville, Fla. parking lot in 2012 after an argument over loud music.
