Police: Port Chester man kidnapped, held ransom over debt
PORT CHESTER - Police say a Port Chester man was kidnapped from his home this morning and held ransom by three men.
The abduction took place at the victim's home on Gilbert Place over a debt of $800 that the victim owed the kidnappers, authorities say.
Alberto Dominquez, his brother Jaime Dominguez and Justino Marin allegedly forced the victim into a van, drove away and then made a call to the victim's brother. The men allegedly told the victim's brother to bring money to a specified location in White Plains or he wouldn't see his brother again.

The victim's brother called police, who quickly started a search. The officers were pinging a cellphone of one of the brothers, and were able to locate the van at the intersection of Mamaroneck and Martine avenues.
Police arrested two men at the scene and brought the victim to safety. The third alleged kidnapper was later arrested at a CVS near Waller Avenue.
All three men have been charged with kidnapping in the first degree and could face life in prison.
