New Rochelle police identified Clowe with the help of surveillance video from one of the restaurants.

Police say a New Rochelle man accused in a string of recent break-ins at Chinese restaurants may have started his crime spree a lot earlier than initially thought.

Authorities say Anthony Clowe targeted Pelham first, where he allegedly stole $125 in December from The Great Peking on Fifth Avenue.
