PELHAM - Police say a New Rochelle man accused in a string of recent break-ins at Chinese restaurants may have started his crime spree a lot earlier than initially thought.
Authorities say Anthony Clowe targeted Pelham first, where he allegedly stole $125 in December from The Great Peking on Fifth Avenue.
Clowe kept off police radar for almost four months after that initial incident. They say he started up again last Thursday, hitting two restaurants in one morning.

New Rochelle police identified Clowe with the help of surveillance video from one of the restaurants. He was arrested Monday after being tracked to his home.
Pelham police will be reviewing the pictures and video they have with New Rochelle police. They expect the district attorney to file charges.
