Silvio Raul Illescas is accused of raping or attempting to rape three escorts at local hotels.

YONKERS - Police say they have arrested a man responsible for raping two women at two different Westchester hotels.

According to police, 40-year-old Silvio Illescas, of Elmsford, raped a 19-year-old escort at knifepoint at the La Quinta Hotel in Greenburgh on March 3. He is accused of a similar crime against a 29-year-old escort at the Westchester Marriott Hotel in Tarrytown on Feb. 13.

Authorities say Illescas met the victims after searching the ads in the escort section of a website.

Investigators say they were able to use phone records between Illescas and the 29-year-old to track him down.

Illescas, who has a wife and 5-year-old son, is also a suspect in the rape of an escort at the Doubletree Hotel in Tarrytown on Feb. 23, according to investigators.

He has been charged with two counts of first-degree rape. He was arraigned today and is being held at the county jail in Valhalla.
