PEARL RIVER - The family of a Pearl River Olympian is headed to Sochi, Russia despite security concerns.

The family of Josephine Pucci say they have concerns about security at Sochi, but it will not affect their travel plans.

The 23-year-old is scheduled to play for the U.S. women's hockey team on Saturday.  

Terrorist threats have been made against the Olympic games on the coast of the Black Sea. There are even worries about "black widow" suicide bombers. A number of U.S. athletes have told their families to stay home.
