DOBBS FERRY - Paul Feiner was sworn in today to his 12th term as Greenburgh town supervisor.

The ceremony took place at the Springhurst Elementary School in Dobbs Ferry.

Feiner started the tradition of being sworn in at a school when he was elected to the Westchester County board 30 years ago.

Fourth and fifth-graders at the school got to participate in a question and answer period after the ceremony to learn what role local leaders play.
