State and local Yonkers officials broke ground Tuesday on the fourth phase of the Ashburton Avenue Revitalization program to create a 56-unit apartment community called Grant Park 2. (June 24, 2014 6:02 PM)

Dozens of new affordable apartments are scheduled to be built in Yonkers.

The apartments, located at 35 Vineyard Ave. near Ashburton Avenue, are replacing Mulford Gardens, which was once one of the city's oldest and most dangerous public housing complexes.
