Nyack man Jojo John, accused in fatal Hudson River boat crash that killed two, in court Friday
NEW CITY - The man accused of the fatal Hudson River boat crash that killed two people last summer appeared in court Friday.
Jojo John and his lawyers went over materials with the assistant district attorney at the Rockland County Courthouse. The case materials will be presented to a jury if and when the case goes to trial.
John is accused of killing a bride-to-be and her fiance's best man when the boat he was driving crashed into a construction barge for the new Tappan Zee Bridge last summer. He was allegedly driving the boat while drunk. He's pleaded not guilty to charges of criminally negligent homicide and vehicular manslaughter.

John is next due in court on June 26.
