GOSHEN - New video of the man responsible for yesterdays police standoff heading into Orange County Court has surfaced.

Gosford Lembhard has been arraigned on attempted murder charges after shooting at a man, a woman and a four-year-old in a car; none of them were injured.

Lembhard is currently in a cast, claiming that his arm and shoulder were broken after being tackled and tasered at the conclusion of yesterday's standoff with police.

Lembhard's attorney says that no official charges have been filed yet in connection with yesterday's standoff, but they do expect additional charges to surface.

Lembhard is being held at the Orange County jail on $500,000 bail.
