The white mixed-breed dog was found in bad condition at Camp Combe in Putnam Valley.

A small dog was found neglected and abandoned in Putnam County yesterday.

Putnam County SPCA investigators are trying to figure out who dumped the white mixed-breed dog Camp Combe on Peekskill Hollow Road.

A burgundy or red SUV was seen leaving the area when the dog was first spotted by the staff there.

Anyone with information about the neglect and abandonment of the dog is urged...
