Leiby Frankel is accused of forcibly touching a young boy.

MONROE - A Kiryas Joel man accused of forcibly touching a young boy pleaded not guilty in Monroe Town Court today.

State police say 27-year-old store clerk Leiby Frankel molested the boy after work hours back in February. Investigators say the alleged crime happened in the Hasidic community at a vitamin store called Monroe Health.

Frankel was later arrested after the boy and his parents came forward.

Frankel is charged with endangering the welfare of a child.
