WHITE PLAINS - Kerry Kennedy has asked the court again for the dismissal of a drugged-driving case against her.

Kennedy appeared Thursday at a pre-trial conference in Westchester County Court.

The ex-wife of Gov. Andrew Cuomo and daughter of Robert F. Kennedy was arrested for side-swiping a tractor-trailer on I-684. Kennedy left the scene and later claimed she accidentally took a sleeping pill.

Her case was moved from North Castle Town Court to Westchester County Court because the defense said the town's meeting room was too small for the high-profile trial.

A tentative trial date was set for Feb. 24.
