Justin Delgardio, of Pearl River, pleads guilty to burglary; sentenced to 6 years in prison
YONKERS - A Rockland County man is facing a lengthy prison sentence after pleading guilty to burglary.
Justin Delgardio, 29, of Pearl River, pleaded guilty to burglary and criminal possession of stolen property. The charges stem from two separate incidents between April and July 2013.
The Rockland district attorney says between April and May, Delgardio broke into a home and stole over $1,400, and was seen entering an unoccupied car in July.

Delgardio was sentenced to six years in state prison.
