YONKERS - A judge denied a mistrial Tuesday in the child rape case involving Alexandru Hossu, the former personal live-in trainer of Putnam County District Attorney Adam Levy.
Prosecutors say that Hossu, in a fit of rage, violently raped his girlfriend's 13-year-old daughter back in 2010.
After the judge's denial, Hossu's young accuser told the jury Tuesday the disturbing details of the alleged rape.

Hossu's defense attorney vehemently denies the claim, pointing out that the accuser called Hossu "a nice guy" after the alleged incident.
The jury also heard testimony from the accuser's aunt on Tuesday. More witnesses are expected to be called as the trial continues.
