NEW ROCHELLE - Some excited young adults took the next big step in their lives this weekend.

Incoming freshmen at Iona College moved into their residence halls yesterday in New Rochelle.

Some of the students couldn't help but be more excited about the social life than the studying. "I mean I'll hit the books, you know it's school, but you got to have a good time too," said incoming freshman Dan O'Connell.

The freshmen get to enjoy a "Welcome Day" today and begin their first day of classes tomorrow.
