YONKERS - Habitat for Humanity of Westchester has spent the last quarter-century building homes for those in need and revitalizing communities in our area.

Executive Director Jim Killoran joined Lisa Reyes in the News 12 studios to discuss their 25th anniversary and how they're looking forward to the future.

Killoran says the organization has been focusing on neighborhood revitalization and has completed 30 homes across the county. Their new goals include securing the land rights, raise funding and beginning construction on 25 new homes during this year.

In order to achieve those goals, the group is hosting its "Spring Into Action Gala" on April 24, 2014 at the Greentree Country Club in New Rochelle.
