Guinness, puppy mascot from Tuxedo Ridge Ski Center, found safe after 4 days
TUXEDO - The missing puppy mascot from the Tuxedo Ridge Ski Center was found safe Thursday morning after having gone missing for four days.
Guinness had been missing since Sunday evening, when he ran out an open door at the Sterling Forest Fire Department, where he and his owner, James Mezzetti, were during the Super Bowl. He was found by the roadside of Route 17A this morning in Tuxedo.
Mezzetti says Guinness had been outside for four days during two snowstorms and despite losing a lot of weight, the dog is fine. Guinness was also treated at the vet for dehydration.
