Police say the men were going to take pictures and weren't planning on jumping. (May 2, 2014 10:35 PM)

Two Queens men were arrested early Friday morning after drivers spotted them climbing to the top of the Tappan Zee Bridge.

Grant Gilliam, 27, and 28-year-old James McCullagh allegedly told police they're photographers and wanted to take nighttime pictures of the traffic for an art project. They were allegedly dropped off mid-span by a taxi and climbed to the top.
