MANHATTAN - Two candidates in the race for New York governor held a joint press conference in Manhattan Tuesday where they criticized Gov. Andrew Cuomo's record as governor.

Republican Westchester County Executive Rob Astorino joined Democrat Zephyr Teachout in a display of bipartisan agreement as they criticized Cuomo. Astorino says he and Teachout both agree Cuomo is "the most corrupt governor in our history."

Astorino and Teachout also took Cuomo to task for shutting down the anti-corruption Moreland Commission and accused him of using Sandy funds for his TV campaign to promote Start-Up NY.

Cuomo's campaign did not return calls seeking comment on the accusations.
