Gov. Andrew Cuomo visited the Hudson Valley today to pitch his program for property tax relief.

The governor's plan would freeze property taxes for two years in communities that cut costs and consolidate services to save money.

Cuomo said that communities that stay within the state-mandated 2 percent property tax will receive breaks.
