WHITE PLAINS - Dozens turned out Thursday night to celebrate Westchester's Black Bar Association's 41st anniversary.

WBBA President George Bruce Tolbert says the group works to make significant contributions to the community.

The Constance Baker Motley Award recognizes the recipient's integrity and commitment to fairness.
