WHITE PLAINS - Dozens turned out Thursday night to celebrate Westchester's Black Bar Association's 41st anniversary.

The annual event at Elmwood Country Club in White Plains celebrates black judges and lawyers who live or work in Westchester.

WBBA President George Bruce Tolbert says the group works to make significant contributions to the community.
