THORNWOOD - Jewish families across the Hudson Valley are marking the second night of Passover Tuesday and many are honoring the three people killed Sunday evening at Jewish community sites in Kansas.
A known white supremacist, Frazier Glenn Cross, allegedly shot the three victims at a Jewish community center and nursing home.
"During the service tonight, we will remember those lost with a silent prayer and we will reflect on what happened and what took place," says Thornwood resident Barry Schain.
Federal prosecutors plan to charge Cross, also known as Frazier Glenn Miller, with a hate crime. He faces life in prison and possibly the death penalty.
