YORKTOWN - Small business owners from across Westchester County were in Yorktown today to learn how the county can help them grow.

Officials say small business loans and tax exemptions are just a few of the opportunities available. The open house that's attracted so many is the first of its kind, and is a collaboration between the Yorktown Chamber of Commerce and the county.

Organizers say the event is well worth it so long as small business owners leave with more tools than they came in with. County officials say events like this are just the start, and they will stay in close contact with entrepreneurs seeking support.
