Hurricane Arthur is making its way up the East Coast and emergency crews in the Hudson Valley are keeping a close eye on the storm.

Emergency dispatchers at Westchester's mobile command center in Valhalla are hard at work this holiday weekend, making sure lines of communication are open throughout the county.

Westchester County Executive Rob Astorino is also watching the storm carefully....
