TARRYTOWN - A man is in the hospital today after falling into the ice at the Tarrytown reservoir.

Department of Recreation worker Eddie Green was on a tractor trying to clear the snow for the village's ice skating program when he fell into the water.

The 45-year-old man was rescued from the water and taken to Westchester Medical Center. He is being treated for hypothermia.

Crews are still on the scene trying to recover the tractor from the water.
