WHITE PLAINS - Westchester County has been left with massive snow mounds after a series of snowstorms.

Mount Vernon Department of Public Works crews are removing snow and bringing it to vacant lots and school yards. 

White Plains DPW crews are removing the snow and storing it at the city's recycling plant. Every hour workers are hauling in anywhere between 10 to 20 cubic yards of snow.

More snow is expected on Thursday.
