DOBBS FERRY - A Department of Public Works employee who is also a volunteer firefighter is under arrest after police say he forcibly touched two young woman inside a market in Dobbs Ferry.

Dennis Roth, 51, was arrested Saturday after being questioned by police. He has been charged with a misdemeanor for forcible touching.

Police say the incidents happened on March 23 and April 18 inside the Hi Deli Food Mart on Main Street. His two alleged victims were female employees, ages 17 and 23.

Roth was released on his recognizance and is currently suspended with pay from the DPW. He has also been suspended from his job as a volunteer firefighter.
