A Department of Public Works employee who is also a volunteer firefighter is under arrest after police say he forcibly touched two young woman inside a market in Dobbs Ferry.

Dennis Roth, 51, was arrested Saturday after being questioned by police. He has been charged with a misdemeanor for forcible touching.
