Daniel Forte, of Cortlandt Manor, has been given a sentence of 25 years to life in prison for the murder of a Greenburgh man.

Investigators say 26-year-old Forte and his friends were looking to buy a half-pound of marijuana last year near Oak and Warren avenues and asked the seller to weigh it.
