WHITE PLAINS - A hearing was held today in federal court over whether Narcy Novack should inherit the millions left behind by her slain husband.

Novack is fighting to keep control of their two Florida mansions, boats and several cars.

Last year, Novack was convicted of hiring a hit man to murder her husband, Ben Novack Jr., in 2009 and was sentenced to life in prison.

Novack is due back in court on July 30
