RYE - There has been a shakeup for Sustainable Playland's efforts to revitalize the historic amusement park in Rye.

Catherine Parker, a Democrat who represents Rye on the Westchester County Board, is withdrawing her support because there are just too many unanswered questions about Sustainable Playland's plans for the county-owned facility.

Parker says even though the plan has been modified considerably, her constituents still have a lot of concerns. "In Rye, there is an awful lot of neighbors that are rightly concerned about environmental impacts, and traffic impacts. The fieldhouse seems to be a real bone of contention for the community," says Parker.

There's been no comment from Sustainable Playland on Parker's decision.
