A Eastchester teenager was behind the wheel when his car landed in the river.

STONY POINT - An Eastchester teenager is under arrest this afternoon after cops say he drove a car over a sea wall into the Hudson River.

Stony Point police say Chris Bujaj, 17, of Eastchester, was driving his friend's car at around 2 a.m. when he was speeding and couldn't navigate a curve near Beach Road.

The Honda sedan went over a 16-inch sea wall and into the river.

Police say that the teen driver landed in the cold waters of the Hudson, but was not injured.

He has been charged with reckless driving, speeding and operating a car without the proper license.
