A Westchester rabbi is facing charges that he impersonated a police officer during a road rage incident.

Police say Rabbi Alfredo Borodowski, 49, flashed a fake badge and pulled over a driver on Mamaroneck Avenue Wednesday morning. Borodowski, of Congregation Sulam Yaakov in Larchmont, was allegedly enraged that the other driver was driving too slowly.
