YONKERS - An abandoned house in Yonkers went up in flames overnight

Fire officials say the blaze broke out just after 1:30 a.m. today at a three-story home on Linden Street.

Crews tell News 12 that flames were found in the back of the vacant house and extra manpower was called in because the fire was so close to another home. Firefighters were able to put the flames out before it could spread.

No injuries have been reported.

Arson investigators were called to the scene and a cause has yet to be determined.
