5 of 7 teachers cleared in Benjamin Cosor Elementary School probe

YONKERS - The Sullivan County DA is clearing five of the seven staff members at Benjamin Cosor Elementary School involved in the current heroin probe.

The DA says there is one person who is not cooperating with the investigation and is refusing to submit a forensic hair analysis. Drug test results for one other staff member have not yet been received either.

The investigation is being handled by the state police. Both parents and teachers say that the investigation has been faulty from the start.
