The Sullivan County DA is clearing five of the seven staff members at Benjamin Cosor Elementary School involved in the current heroin probe.

The DA says there is one person who is not cooperating with the investigation and is refusing to submit a forensic hair analysis. Drug test results for one other staff member have not yet been received either.
