The cousin of a News 12 cameraman is one of the three victims confirmed dead in today's gas explosion in Harlem.

A gas leak triggered a thunderous explosion that flattened two East Harlem apartment buildings, killing at least three people, injuring more than 60 and leaving nine others missing. One tenant said residents had complained repeatedly in recent weeks about "unbearable" gas smells.
